I’m glad you’re here.

Hi, my name is Alyssa. My husband and I are proud parents to two adventurous boys. I have been an educator in alternative education for the last 15 years. I am a certified Orton -Gillingham therapist and an ASHA-certified speech-language pathology assistant. I’ve worked closely with neurodivergent children, including children with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, language disorders, and other developmental differences.

I specialize in teaching kiddos who do not fit a traditional educational model. I use a developmental, relationship-based therapy model when working with children, honoring their sensory-motor profile and catering to their unique needs and interests.

Bridgeway is a place where neurodivergent children are supported, understood, and empowered to thrive. A place where families feel seen, heard, and no longer alone. A place built on compassion, individualized learning, and the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to succeed in a way that works for them.

Introducing Bridgeway Developmental Services

I launched Bridgeway Developmental Services to fill the gap that so many families are facing.

My goal is simple: to create a safe, individualized, and deeply supportive environment where children from preschool through grade school can thrive—not just survive.

My approach is rooted in play-based learning, relationship-building & evidence-based interventions that help children feel seen, heard, and successful.
